Location: Grandela, Tapia de Casariego, Asturias.
Ore mined: Siderite (iron ore) and iron hydroxides, pyrite, oligisto, quartz.
Year of operation, 1950-1952
We can see 3 galleries, one above 400 meters and a furnace for the treatment of ore.
Is a typical mountain mine, operated by galleries along the main veins of ore.
